Need help to get my Loot and Item back!!

Hi! I used to play Eternity War 2 before. I have purchased Loot and items. And my account level was high level too. Then I stop playing for awhile cuz I did not have IOS device anymore. Now I play again and lost all my Loots And Items . Even my account lvl was dropped down to 0. Anyway can I get my Loots, items and lvl back.
