Hi, I am new to this forum, today dino hunter updated, and I lost my level 17 and over 1.3 million in ingame money, can this be re instated please

    Please contact Customer Care from within the game. There is a button in the options menu that gets you faster support.

    I an also new to this and looking for support or an answer on what happend to me . I was playing eternal warriors 3 in arena mode and randomly it poped up with a message saying unknown error and i lagged out of arena back into town and i noticed my name was changed to atleast a 20 lettered name of random letters then i couldnt pick anything but i could talk on msg but i backed out of app then when i went back into the app i had to start from the begining lvl 1 and i was a lvl 34 warrior .
