Kim K Game Glitch? - Need help.

My Kim K game isn't working. Instead it looks like this. There are black boxes where the words and options are supposed to be. Can anyone help me?

    Hey there victoriaaa! I am sorry that you are having this problem. Can you please provide us with what phone/tablet you are playing on as well and the Operating System version.
