Kim Kardashian: Hollywood iCloud

Today I started playing on my iPad. So then my phone asked me if I wanted to play in the iCloud saved game. So I thought that meant it would save my game through iCloud. However I was an A list player and on the iPad I was an E list player. So, I was practically starting the game over again! I don't want to do that. I don't have access to my iPad right now, but when I return home, I'll mess with it. I hope that there is a way I can fix this without messing with my iPad but I'm not sure. Please help!!!
