Billing/Game Trouble

I just purchased $9.99 in 105 silverstars for Kardashian game as well as $4.99 in cash that equaled $5000. When I returned to the game I was asked if I wanted to continue with save forum A or B, I've never been asked this and have never saved the game. I assumed A was ok. However when I went to play the game I no longer had the stars of 105 that were purchased or the $5k in cash. And I wasn't as advanced as I was in the game. I'd like for everything to be put back as it was, if not I'd like a refund since I don't even have it anymore.
