Paid for gold, got charged but never received it

I recently paid for the pile of gold option, my credit card was billed but I never received it. Please either help get the product or reimburse.

    Hi Jaybizz, the cause of this has been fixed for the next update which will be out soon, but you should still be able to recover your gold by following these steps:
    -Launch the game
    -Tap on the gold at the top of the screen to open the purchasing options
    -Tap "Buy" on any of the options
    -Type in your password if necessary
    -Select CANCEL when prompted to confirm your in-app purchase
