Kardashian Game Help-so chic boutique

In the game, it seems as though as soon as I was assigned the task by Simon to 'show you're So Chic!' I went to the boutique, and something went wrong & now whenever I go there I am unable to complete tasks nor collect sales income from the shop, being there is no talk bubble for Luther, the clerk. There is simply a box in the corner that reads something like 'so chic 79/1000000.....' I am unable to progress with these tasks in the game and do not understand the source of this problem.

Help??

    Same problem, my case is Kardash in Miami, btw all employees in every city which has Kadash have disappeared.

    I am having the exact same issue with So Chic. I did claim a ticket but won't receive a reply for a week or longer. Would love some help!
