Can't play on all characters

I have a mage lv 24 but when I try to play her the game acts as if I'm a lv one and frezzes when i try to play. Wus up with that.

    I and a number of other players have the same problem and posted about it in a separate thread. I had hoped the bug would get fixed in the latest update, but it still freezes on my mage (lvl 50) and is stuck in tutorial mode.
