my game isn't working

Since the Halloween edition my game is not working.
Energy Bar is not filling.. without this how can i play the game and Simon keeps calling me for events. Can you please stop this as my stats is falling and its not fair if it isnt fault of my own..
All that i worked for is going to pot ..

Can you please do something and fix the glitch?

I am having the same problem. It's messed up 2 dates and several appointments. I can't click on objects in LA to re-energize! I just got on the A List which took forever. Now it's not allowing me to finish any dates or assignments. I spent way too much time to lose my credibility on the game. Which I had grown fond of. Until now! 😞
