Changes device and progress lost

I changed my device from asus memopad 10 to asus tf103cx. Reinstall all apps and my progress in eternity warriors lost. Today I can play with my new device but my hero`s name is EjvyIE. And I can`t changed it to "Chpokalo" it says that this name is already used. And I see such error "265: transaction failed (ERR:265)". Glu create for me new account and lost old?

    Today I lost all data again. If there is some who is responsible I want to restore my account.
