Reinstalled App Because Not Working And Now Progress Gone

Hey,
I reinstalled my Kim K app because it kept crashing on me. My progress before has already benn saved in facebook and my google account. So when I reinstalled it, my progress was gone. I was at level 23 before reinstalling the app and now I am at level 9.
Admin, please help me with this issue. I'm really disappointed with the app. I've have been playing the game without fail since it first came out. And now because of this issue, I don't feel like playing anymore. PLEASE HELP!

In future do not try to troubleshoot by uninstalling- please contact glu first. It also helps to backup your device regularly so you always have a backup of your game. I hope you get back into playing
