paid 20 gold to spin 10 times, spun just once!!

Hi.

This morning I paid 20 gold to spin 10 times, in the store, so I could win random items.

It only spun once, got 4 grenade pack and that was it!

Please refund my gold, or let me have the remainder 9 spins.

    Also, Fyber customer service is ****. I downloaded apps so I could win gold, I didn't get the gold! I took a screen shot, sent to them, they replied asking for impossible info.

    Not fair.
