Lost character in EW3

Lost my account 2 times: 1 time in november 2014, and begin game again on the same email; 2nd time 2-3 weeks ago. I want to restore my account. My email si krevedko.nep@gmail.com
After last update I tap to start aplication and it crashes in 1-2 sec. Reinstall it and nothing changed.
Game - Eternity warriors 3
my device - asus memopad 302c
system - android 4.3

    Did you submit a customer care ticket? That's the first thing you need to do and also contact them via the game itself. If you did do these things then all you can do is wait:( I know it sucks, I waited over 6 months to get a response from glu but once I did, they were great and compensated me tenfold for my trouble. Although it was nice they need to stop using the excuse that they have more than 10 times the usual amount of customer care tickets to answer to. They've been saying that for the past year plus obviously the "usual" number of tickets has changed. Hire more representatives to handle the increase of problems. You guys make a $hitload of money glu so stop making excuses!
