I participated in the Valentines Day preorder promotion I sent $100 + dollars and still haven't received the gold coins totaling 277 that was promised upon completion of the verified purchase. And whenever I submit this incident I get an automatic response stating that my incident has been received and is still pending. Can so one inform me of what am doing wrong or is the whole company a fraud or scam
