Gift of G&H Supercharger - NOT WORKING

I opened the DH2014 app today and found a promise of a G&H Supercharger shotgun as a gift for all of the technical issues as of late. I followed the links to claim it and got nothing! What gives?!? Where is my free weapon?

    Just logged in again and have a screen snapshot of the same apology. Do I need to post a pic of that before i get a response? Come on guys.... [/U]
