Illegal operations?

So I just died on wave 10 on legendary mode of the siren arena challenge. When I hit retry it Said "data error" than rebooted the game, after rebooting a message was displayed stating something like... "kicked for illegal operations. Duration 23 hours". someone Please help me. Kindle Fire HDX

    Same problem for me on the kindle fire HDX. This company like many others don't test their updates. They rely on the customers to report bugs after the updates. Sad really. And shows a unprofessional product support.

    I was banned by 9803 hours on game eternity warriors 3 for use cheats I would like the team glu can again release the game for me post has long since I do not play my phone is samsung Galaxy s4 4g gt i9505 Android name Jordim Aliff

    Theyve sended copy paste mails back to us the community. Those who mailed alot had a reply but some also had a mail from there boss that cheaters are cheaters and a ban is the only thing that stops itn apperantly half our dear comunity is cheating.... ive already contacted my provider google playstore and they are also on it... ive got 4 mails from them in 2 days now thats a service

    Mr Glu team banned me.. i wasted my time, on playing bgi.. they say i use hack or cheat and/or exploit there term of services ...now i really don't want to play this glu .. base games... seen there management for preventing on hacking etc. Its like .. glu team sitting and observing a player . Then the team ohh glu team.. 😆😆 suddenly man.. this guy might be cheating .. others hmm .. one guy say .. he is cheating!! Then mr glu said.. ban !!😠😠... problem solved..☺ next... ..
