Warning 362 : Data Error

Watching advert videos to try to get gems almost always results in this error for me. Started yesterday or the day before. Occurs after video has played and I don't get the gems.

    I have same problem usining iPad . Seems like it happened after spending 50.00 on gems maybe free ones are just bait hope not

    Received email from customer service and issue will be reported as bug maybe fixed in next update. New update downloaded yesterday and no fix.
