level 29 glitch

The bar that shows the levels on my game is stuck. It has stopped moving. I should have been to level 30 by now but it's not even close to the half way point and won't move. I have been completing challenges for two weeks. I also have no idea how to find VIP characters.

    Its a known bug that in the co-op window your achievement level is sometimes shown instead of your game level
