Weird Crashjng

Here's the story. my current rank is All Star. I am in the 4th inning of the playoffs and I stopped playing it last night then tried to continue this morning. So I woke up went and clicked play on the playoff game and it crashed in the loading screen. At first I was think in ok it's fine just 1 crash. But now it's crashed 30 times... Only when I play the that only game. I can play any other game and any other feature in the game. I even downloaded the game on my iPad and it still crashed in the only game. Please respond ASAP. Thanks

    Be sure to submit a ticket through the game and we will get to it as soon as possible.

    Yup I did. How long do you think it will take. I submitted it two nights ago?

    It depends on the game but many are over 14 days at the moment.

    Jesus it's simple all they have to do is reset my matches.
