Tournament Stuck In Tap Sports Baseball 2015

About a week ago I was playing in a Tournament in Tap Sports Baseball 2015. I am on an iPhone 6 on iOS 8.4 and my name in the game is Amburgers. I was trying to buy back into the tournament after I lost then I think I lost connection at that moment. Now when I hit play I hear the bat sound it makes when you play a game, but nothing happens. I am unable to play in any tournaments due to this issue. I am linked through my Facebook account. I have tried uninstalling re-installing, unlinking and re-linking Facebook, changing names, putting my original name back but the same problems occurs. I have submitted multiple tickets in the app, and have not received any communication. I also submitted a ticket via the website but have not received any communication there either. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks.
