Billing problem

I loaded 9.99 after I did it sayed purchase successful and said 240 gold received but it ftoze on loading screen. I really need my gold by tomorrow for event plz

    Unfortunately with the current wait times there was no way to make sure you received it that fast. Hopefully it corrected itself but if not be sure you send in a ticket and we will make sure you get it.

    This seems to be a pretty common issue, eh? Why is it so difficult to simply credit the person with the amount they paid to receive?
