deer hunter 2014 / hunting horrors Event

Can you tell how I can get my bow and rifle after I complete the event ? I click on the reward icon and all I can do is view the item , but can not get it. I have an HP lap top with windows 7 email is rdshapley63 at yahoo . com. need these item's to go to level 25 and 26 Thank you for your help
