I'd just logged in to my account after a couple of months, but won't let me play,( Error, you are banned)

    Submit a ticket through the game and we can look into it.

    I've no company, what can I do about this to fix f the problem. Besides I don't even have a iTunes' account.

    It won't allow me to finish download the game in to my cell, I've been away from the game for about a year & a half .

    U guys don't even get back to the emails u get sent thru the games.ive sent a couple of them and all I send back is a automated message. There just brushing u off like they do everybody else
