VIP Monthly Subscription

I signed up for the VIP monthly subscription for Ramsay Dash back on July 29 which should include monthly gold and an avatar. I was charged again on August 28 and still have not received any gold. I opened a ticket through the game about it a few days ago, but I've gotten no response. Has anyone else had issues with this?
