Racing Rivals accounts banned from multiplayer!

Hello,
I contacted both customer support and emailed you guys directly on the situation. My old main account is killerclowin and I was transferring cars to my new account which is k1llercl0wn. I transferred to many to quickly and now both accounts are locked. Im hoping I get unbanned before next weeks turf! I spend quite a bit of money with you guys so I hope all this is processed as fast as my money is always processed. Thank you guys for all you do and keep up the good work!

New main- k-one-llercl-zero-wn

Also, little update on the launch button, I havent had any issues with it like most complaim about.
