Having a trouble!

I would like to ask for help, if someone knows anything about Nicki minaj the empire. Why players and friends can't visit my crib any more? It keep saying, couldn't join the chat room. The chat room may be full, or you might not be connected to the internet!! :/

    Have the ones that are getting the error submit a ticket and we can try and look into it.

    My missions are finished but won't move on so I can't do the story. What should I do because this is the second time this has happened and I'm lost at what to do, please reply if you know what to do. Thank you!

    There's nothing you can do about it, they need to update the game dude. I also stuck on lvl 15
