Ingredients not being received. Unable to prep!

My husband's game is having the same problem. My tomatoes don't record being received and his onions don't seem to come through. It's really frustrating because I can't prep anything at all. Some please help. Is there something we can do? I use Samsung he uses apple and same issue. Anyone else experience this? I've tried to contact customer support but it's been a week and no response

    We have experienced a delay in getting to some of the tickets and our wait times are longer than usual. If you already submitted a ticket we will get to it as soon as possible.
