No Service

I just purchased the add free version of the app Quiz-up & now i cant access the app due to a "no service" error. I did uninstall and reinstall. I checked for other known issues.
I turned my wi-fi on/off. I can connect to every other app just fine. I checked my settings.
If i cant play the game i'd like a refund.
Please advise

I did also create a ticket.

    If you already have a ticket in they should be able to work through the issue with you. I haven' t heard of any others having this but they should get it corrected as soon as possible.
