outstainding purchase

I have recently joined the game and forum, and yesterday I bought gem pack and am still waiting for it to be delivered to my account, I have sufficient funds and want to know how long will it take, it appears I made two more purchases by mistake but am waiting on first one to clear. Why has this not been done yet. it said payment successful so should of gone through and I should of received my purchase. where is it .?? I am a new player to the Blood & Glory game, and purchased monthly packet deal for gems, it said purchase confirmed but no gems etc yet. that was two days ago, then made another purchase by accident, so now outstanding on both. please help what to do to get my gems or cancel other purchases.

Where are my missing pcks I bought of gems for the month, it says pending on my bank page, what more do I need to do?
