Quest Gliche Error - Kim K Hollywood

I am player #64 (Nala) in Kim Kardashian Hollywood. The quest for A House Reinforced to speak with Elise and Denise at the Cheviar in Paris is stuck on my To-Do Task List. The option to complete this quest was never made available due to an app update. I am unable to remove this task or complete it. I would like this removed or to complete the task.
