Ramsey lost all content and in-app purchase

My app crashed and when it began working again, I lost all my in-app purchases and content.

Can you please assist with this? I'd like a refund or assistance in retrieving my lost purchases.

I am using iOS 10 and was playing the Gordon Ramsey cooking game.

    Submit a ticket through the game and we can look into it.

    When I lost all my apps due to the update on iOS 11 and accidentally erased everything on my iPad, I just played the first two levels of the game and logged into Facebook shortly afterwards, everything was restored, for me, it worked like a charm.
