I can't retrieve my account

I just bought a new phone and I don't have a Facebook account I tried to log into my Gmail account but it's saying that there is no account saved. But when I go to my Google play games I can still see my progress and awards that I've won for this game. What should I do?

    That game only uses Facebook for account association. Send in a ticket from the new account and we can see if there is anything we can do.
