GLU PLEASE HELP

I was a club owner on 2017 (tapped out 2) and had a team strength in the 70k's. I switched to 2018, was previously a club owner and same user name yet I have yet to receive gifts for coming over. Everyone in my club has gotten these items. I am not asking for special treatment and a hookup. I just am frustrated that it has been almost a month and yet i havent received anything. I have went on the game and messaged through customer care and have honestly received a very vague and generic message about 10 times. Can someone please help me. I spend waaaayyyy to much on this game to not be rewarded the way everyone else did that moved over from 2017. Thank you . im losing hope and faith
