Unable to restore backup

So I downloaded the new ios update for TSB 18. The game was freezing at 90% loading when doing a versus match but not on bonus games. So I uninstalled the game. I had the account backed up to Facebook. I reinstalled the game but I am unable to sync with facebook. I get an error stating unable to link. I created a ticket in game but only got a response back on how to try to fix the freezing issue and not how to restore/get my team back. I also created a ticket on the website and have not gotten a response back as of yet (did it yesterday). I have spent a few hundred dollars on my team and would love to get my team back. Thanks.
