Game stuck on CLAIM PRIZE page

Since it’s stuck, I can not submit a ticket, no other buttons work. The game always loads to this page now. Any suggestions?

    Tried to delete and reinstall. Now it’s worse. Images are not showing

    A hotfix went out for that last night. You should be ok to continue now.

    Nope, this was done this morning, then deleted and reinstalled this afternoon. But thank you for your reply. Any other suggestions?

    Woke up this morning to give it another try and...still no change.

    Any help out there? Anyone...Sage? Moderator? Bueller?

    Dev has found another way you can get in the same state. Just submit a ticket if you haven't already and we will move you past that point in the tutorial.

    Can’t submit a ticket when the game locks up. 

    Dont worry about it. I deleted the game and moved on. 

    I dl the update. Played 20 minutes and just hated the new game. 

    If if you ever decide to bring it back in a BUY. BUILD. RACE format I’ll try it again. 

    Most of of my friends have moved on as well.
