Basically means your device is locked because the account has been played from too many devices(resetting your device also looks like a new one). If you have a ticket in we will get to it as soon as possible. Also remember that all emails look the same (as do web contacts) the only time VIP would get a faster response is an in game ticket (which you can't do for these types of issues since you can't get in).
