getting a invalid username/password error. The reset password email never comes. No support.

    Typically we try for a 2 day turn around on tickets (particularly email tickets since it sounds like you can't get in the game).  I am guessing baseball but you didn't mention which game.  The oldest tickets in the baseball queue at the moment are only 3 hours old.  We may not have received your ticket if you sent it in Thursday or we already answered it and you may need to look for it in your mail.
