Royal wedding ball stuck there

Hello i was playing today Kim Kardashian Hollywood on facebook gameroom and i was at the royal wedding ball event I start it see the storyline start the event and the moment i refresh the page it takes me back to the story and i lose my progress  and  i have to start over! what should i do?

    I’ve never had any issues playing KKH however I also didn’t know that you could play it any other way than downloading the Game App and playing on the App.
    Maybe that’s what you should try, download the Game App and play the game on the app. You can login to your Facebook Account. If you tried doing it that way, there’s the possibility that your game will load to The Royal Wedding Ball. I just finished playing that yesterday.
    That’s all the advice I know to give you. Hopefully someone else who’s played KKH like you, can help you out if you don’t want to play it on the App.☺️
