It can be a number of things. You could have been on wifi and the signal was weak and they suspected you were on airplane mode trying something funny. Sometimes if you open rewards to quickly. It’s a number of factors usually it last on avg. 3hours
Sometimes 24hrs. But only seems to happen when im doing well that event. Maybe 4 jailings for zero reason all year, and i spend so really p@$#ed me off.
