Game restarted and when loaded it was a new game so I went to log in under email to restore my acct. I got an invalid login on a new device and that I should login in on original device.
I have not changed devices and still using the same device from 2018.

i use a iPhone X r on 13.3 iOS
would love some feedback I have emailed cs and also contacted them in game but it’s been hours and I have no response
