Where is my account?

Went to play today and the login screen is no longer recognizing me and my Level 43 account is now gone. 
I can't find any of my info to regain my game progress. 

I'll be sure to tell everyone to stay away from this app.

    Not sure which app you are talking about but it is rare that an account is truly lost.  If you can't send a ticket in through the app itself you can use our support page located here: https://glumobile.helpshift.com/hc/en/

    In the upper left is a drop down to select the title you are having trouble with.  From there we may have a FAQ specifically for your point and if not you can always click the contact us option to send in a ticket to the support team.  If you submit a ticket be sure to give all the details regarding the account is missing to ensure we can find it and properly assist.

    Current wait times are a bit long as we had some issues with a couple titles and the launch of a new title so it may be a couple days until we get to the ticket.
