Update to tsb 23

What is going on...cant login after the update..been a few hours..fix it

    It isn't due to the update.  There was an issue in one of the EA systems tied to login so the game was put into maintenance mode while that was being worked on.  Should be back up and running now.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
