Update: Received this message in-game after stating that I have all proper back up documentation to show each gold purchase. Also reiterated that I haven't received what seems to be a automatic response.
I wholeheartedly agree. I have detailed back up for EVERY purchase I made that follow the terms and conditions (believe me, I have read it 5 times over). Does anyone know somebody who could help? I have invoices, detailed receipts, bank history, apple transaction history for every purchase, but nobody will respond so I can provide them.
I'm just upset that I have been a loyal customer since 2016, have played fair, bought gold, and am now being considered a cheater and having my ability to play taken away. I have the receipts for each gold purchase and my bank statements. I was told that I may have been swept up in a "jailing".
