I cycle this event at least once every week and without fail, I get the pitcher. My staff is already loaded so I have no use for another one. Last week, I cycled twice and got DeGrom both times. So far today I cycled once and, like clockwork, Chris Sale. I really could’ve used any of the other 3.
Yeah, for that reason, I don’t trade in any former POTW guys. On the the same note, there’s a good chance Yelich will be POTW again this week since he hit for another cycle. MLB loves to reward players that have special achievements with a POTW. So if you have Yelich POTW from a few weeks ago, you’ll probably be good to go…
It looks it looks like he’s boosted to me. His hitting is 219. His power is 209. His speed is 114. His OVERALL with the boost is 236. Overall takes everything into account, including his speed, so my guess is, without the boost, his OVERALL would be around 200.
I had a lot of luck with the Final Fantasy XV offer to get your empire to a strength of 100k. You have 14 days to do it. I spent $5 for the intro bundle and was at a nearly 70k strength on day 2. Agree. This is clearly a bad weekend event. They usually throw you a bone by giving some bonuses for regular players on certain teams. With this weekend bonus being 100% from the box, many players are just saying forget it,
Everyone is saying lefties are the key. Is 5-10 never a lefty? It seems like since both the current POTW are lefty hitters, Glu would be wise to throw a lefty into 5-10 to make it tougher.
Yes. The medals can get you there if you’re close but it’s really hard to make up a lot of ground with them. The prizes go down significantly when using medals instead of your daily pick.
It’s definitely not just based on money spent. I’m over the $800 and not VIP. I also play every day, a lot, so it isn’t just that. I think it’s all that and being active on this forum. Maybe some luck too:)
Are you sure that loss wasn’t your 10th game of the season? I’m pretty sure you get 300 pennants for playing your 10th game regardless of whether you win or lose it.
