I've had that happen when you're trying to change the name to a club that already exist it will always network era and reset not sure if that is your issue but it sounds very similar.

After your team is a above a certain star level they are unavailable. I believe 4 star and down still have access to them but 5 star doesn't for sure.

No problem buddy I don't know if the moderators can kick them or not. If you're able to round up the guys you should use a Chat app like (discord or Line App) they are both free and very easy to use much better than in game chat

Blue I must say I opened a ticket with them a few days ago and they have responded every day if not every other day, very nice. It wasn't concerning being jailed but another issue but still very convenient.

Unless they change the format they mean nothing concerning club events but there still an easy way for gold if your team is good enough.

Of course it varies I've seen people say anywhere from 9K to over 23k. I honestly haven't tried for one since Bagwell and it was around 16K for him months ago. At one point it was 300 gold a pick that didn't last very long until they bumped it back to 100.
