• I'm still using the 4S, not sure if that is part of the problem. I've tried rebooting the phone and everything, nothing seems to help.

• Yeah, Francis. I tried 3 different WiFi connections to no avail. 9 out of 10 times it'll get stuck at about 75% completion during the update check. I only got to the 5.2MB of 6.2MB updating progress once in the past few weeks of trying. Any suggestion?

• Hi Francis, The update is very intermittent. I sometimes got to a point where the update reached 5.2MB/6.2MB and just froze indefinitely. But most of the times, it won't even get past 75% of Update Checking Process. My device is iPhone 4S, iOS: 7.0.4.

• Region 5 must be downloaded. I don't think you'll be advanced to it like you did in the previous Regions.
