Not sure. I spoke to Google Play and got a refund for the last month, which coincidentally was all of my money spent. $300 or so. It wasn't automatically refunded on the phone but they emailed shortly after and said they'd process the refund as a one time courtesy.
Glu got what they wanted. Android players paid $20 on every team they had when many would have paid a dime, and iOS users spend money trying to keep up. Surprised they actually fixed it.
I just can't wrap my head around the idea that they're clueless about the problems until we tell them. These aren't select, unique issues. They're widespread, but apparently no effort is spent trying to prevent them. They are constantly working from behind and it's their own fault.
No rewards or progress from the weekend event for my club either. Got the reward for Monday though. Haven't changed clubs nor has anyone left. Don't know why I go my hopes up that it would be fixed. Absolutely no reason to believe they'd get it right.
