They can only restore the purchases you made. When I try to download it on another android device it does find my old game so I think it’s something between the devices…

• Hi all, I'm new to the forum but has followed the forum a little over a year now. I also have the same problem with the second event and send an ingame ticket. I got a response that they will answer me quickly so I'll let you know what they said.
