The timer helps balance the load on the PvP servers. You assume ppl want to fight but that's not accurate. People want to win and depending on your opponent, running circles while your skills recharge can be a good strategy.

If you face someone who seems like superman check the stats at the end of the game. Screenshot hackers and report them in the hacker thread here on the forum. Then look for a game that doesn't penalize you for loosing to schmucks.

When I re-installed on android it put me back with the same name, and same XP, Levels, GS, gems etc. The only problem is if I WANT to start over.

But what you win with tokens collected as a tournament prize depends on the level of the hero spending the token.

Check the suggestions forum. Been suggested over and over. Never going to happen as it would unbalance the gem/coin economics in the game. Even allowing it between a persons three heroes would mess up the game.
