Here are the steps you need to do to complete this "challenge":
> Go to a restaurant, a beach or any places where a heart with a + sign shows.
> You will see some NPC's at those places so flirt with them so they can be added to your romantic contacts. You call also invite your real GC or G+ friends to dates.
> At the restaurant/beach/etc, invite your romantic contact by pressing the heart with the + sign, then choosing the girl/guy you want to have a date with and texting them. Note: for 30 minutes dates (very quick), invite someone you never had a date with.
> Now that you have your special someone with you, complete the actions and spend your lil' energy bolts!
> Once you've finish your date (hopefully with 5 stars), repeat the process three times and voilà!
